I was blessed to be selected for a pronghorn hunt with the Wyoming Disabled Hunters in 2025. Participating in the disabled hunt was one of the most empowering and memorable experiences of my life. It wasn’t just about the thrill of the outdoors—it was about reclaiming independence, building community, and proving that physical limitations don’t define our spirit. Wyoming Disabled Hunters created a safe, inclusive environment where everyone was treated with dignity and respect. The volunteers went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that every detail of the trip was taken care of. I was impressed with the accommodations, food, and the passion of the volunteers. I left with new friendships, unforgettable stories, and a renewed sense of confidence. This hunt reminded me that adventure is for everyone, and that with the right support, we can all pursue our passions.
