I’m the transportation program manager for Wyoming Services for Independent Living.
I was born and raised here in Powell, WY, and can’t imagine leaving.
I love pretty much anything outdoors: fishing, hunting, skiing, and riding my handcycle.
I’ve known the founder, Merlyn Ballinger, long before the start of WDH. He got the inspiration from another disabled hunting group we went to help with and thought we could duplicate their program over here. He brought me on in the very beginning in 2008.
I love seeing the hunters come back all excited about the success in the field! Whether it’s a young kid who never dreamed they could hunt due to their disability or the old stoved up guy who though his hunting days are over, but with a little help they still can get out there and get it done.
