Brady Easley – Elk

First of all, I would like to thank everyone involved with Wyoming Disabled Hunters for this amazing opportunity. To the Companion Hunters Matt and Jake for watching the elk and making sure I had the best opportunity possible to put down a cow elk, and to Terry Skinner for not only being a great chaperone of the hunt, but a great guy as well. He was so easy to talk to, whether it be about sports or knowledge of the area! Go Cats! I would also like to say thank you to every one of the donors and volunteers who have made it possible for me and many others to be able to have this unforgettable experience. I really enjoyed our stay at Cody Legacy Inn and the handicap accessible features of the room were great and made it a much easier and enjoyable stay. Cody, Wyoming is also a very beautiful place! The drive up to the ranch where we hunted and the ranch itself was awesome! Amazing – full of views of different types of wildlife and beautiful mountain peaks. Again, thanks to everyone who helped make this experience possible and it was and always will be one of the best experiences in my life and a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life!

It is hard to put into words how much it meant to me to see my son (Brady) get this amazing opportunity and to be able to share in his adventure! Wyoming Disabled Hunters is an amazing organization of people and my family’s entire experience could not have been better! Everything was top-notched from the lodging, the transportation, and of course, the hunt! I want to say THANK YOU to Matt and Jake for all their hard work and for providing us with an experience of a lifetime! And, a very personal THANK YOU to Mr. Terry Skinner for being such a gracious host to my family and I, but for all the work he does for WDH and all the hunters who have had the opportunity to participate in the wonderful program.” There’s no greater purpose than service to others.”
